Chelsea Place is a socially focused memory care community created to give individuals with cognitive impairment a renewed sense of meaning and a chance to thrive. Our person-centered philosophy has made the difference, from our energetic, collaborative team of dementia trained caregivers to the loving way we interact with our residents. Never rushed, our staff members will take the time to fully get to know your loved one and to devote undivided attention to serving them with respect and dignity.  Our purpose is to protect, engage and love people with memory loss.

Our Pathways of Purpose program ensures that residents are not just living with dementia, but living life to the fullest.  Chelsea Place understands that our residents seek a sense of purpose and want opportunities to be themselves, spend time with others, have fun, make a difference, find balance and grow.  We do this through understanding who our residents were, are and who they want and will continue to be.
