Another Perfect Score for Porter Place from Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH)

Porter Place Memory Care, an Anthem Memory Care community has, for the second year in a row, achieved perfect scores from the IDPH, a state regulatory body that ensures the safety and quality of health services provided to short-term care, long-term care and pediatric patients at health care facilities. Only a small percentage of health care facilities manage to achieve this high standard of excellence. The annual survey includes extensive interviews with staff, thorough reviews of resident medical records, staff training, community procedures and resident programs.

“We are thrilled that the IDPH has acknowledged our staff and the work we do every day to assist our residents,” says Colleen Kamin, Executive Director.
