Cascade Creek residents held a fundraiser for the local Paws and Claws Humane Society. The residents and staff put together gift packs which included a stuffed puppy, hand made collar and fleece blanket and a special certificate of adoption. Sales of these adorable gifts brought in $200 which they donated in person to Paws and Claws.
Many of the residents are lifelong animal lovers which made the project even more meaningful. The event was covered by local ABC 6 News. You can read the article here.
