Resident of Liberty Place Memory Care pets a therapy lamb

Residents at Liberty Place Memory Care in West Chester, Ohio enjoyed an unexpected (and delightful!) form of animal therapy --- lambs! The gentle creatures were brought in through an arrangement with Big Blue Firewood Farm in Kentucky.

Lambs, like other animals, bring instant love to residents, giving them the chance to interact up close with the sweet animals, creating moments of joy, connection, and comfort.

“It brightens their day in the moment, and every moment of joy is so special to them and their families,” shared Amy Snow, Engagement Director.

This special visit was featured on local Channel 12. Watch the full coverage to see the lambs, and residents, in action!
