Our program is designed to ensure that residents have the best possible experience while living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

First Light Survey

One of the key components of our program is our dedication to gaining a deep understanding of our residents. To help us build trust and mutual understanding, we ask families to participate in our First Light Survey.

This survey helps us gain a comprehensive understanding of each resident's history, interests, and preferences, enabling us to create a personalized care plan that aligns with their unique needs. By involving the families in this process, we ensure that the resident's preferences and values remain at the forefront of our care.

Discoveries We've Made Log

In addition to involving the families, we also encourage our team members to contribute to the “Discoveries We've Made” log for each resident. These logs serve as a continuous record of the residents' progress in our program, allowing families to stay informed about their loved one's achievements and milestones.

Our team members are skilled in identifying and documenting all residents' meaningful moments, allowing families to gain an in-depth understanding of their loved one's journey.

Care Conferences

We encourage families to participate in care conferences to keep them involved and informed about their loved ones' daily lives.

Care Conferences allow families to connect with our team, ask questions, and receive updates on the residents’ progress. By sharing their knowledge, experiences, and concerns, families can contribute to the resident's care plan and ensure that their care meets their specific needs.

We understand that you may have questions or concerns, and we are committed to being there for you every step of the way. Our staff members are available to provide support and guidance, whether it be through regular visits, phone calls, or scheduled meetings.

That's why many of our communities offer a variety of programs and activities specifically designed for caregivers.
