Residents at Grace Point Place Memory Care in Oak Lawn, Illinois joined with middle school students from Chicago Christian Schools/Oak Lawn Campus for an Earth Day celebration centered on connection, purpose, and a shared love of the outdoors.
The gathering brought students and residents together to tend the community garden, paint decorative rocks, and plant fresh flowers; all simple activities that carried deeper meaning for everyone involved.
