Meet our Executive Director, Craig Recker
I began my healthcare journey in 2007 as a nursing aide, where I quickly discovered a deep passion for caring for others. That experience inspired me to pursue nursing, and over the years, I worked closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams in a variety of care settings. Driven to lead and make a broader impact, I went on to earn my Master of Health Administration and transitioned into leadership as an administrator in long-term care.
Today, I’m proud to serve in a role where I can combine clinical insight with compassionate leadership. I believe that creating a supportive, respectful environment—for both residents and staff—is the foundation of excellent care. Every day, I’m reminded why I love this work: the people, the stories, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
