Meet our Executive Director, Thomas (TJ) Taylor
Welcome to Vineyard Place!
My journey in senior care began almost three decades ago as a fledgling musician volunteering my time and musical talents within local senior living communities. Interacting with seniors was transformational, leading me to embark on a journey that led me away from mediocre renditions of jazz and blues standards to leadership positions in senior care.
Over the years, I have held various positions, ranging from medication technician to program director to care coordinator. As my experience, education, and skills grew, so did my passion for the work I was doing and the special connections I enjoyed with the residents I served. I have my bachelor's degree in music technology and my administrator's certificate.
I am elated to lead the exceptional team here at Vineyard Place and to bring my knowledge, experience, and enthusiastic spirit to my home away from home. While my saxophone skills remain mediocre, my dedication to helping residents live their best lives with purpose and joy continues to grow and thrive.
