Welcome toChelsea Place

Chelsea Place is a socially focused memory care community created to give individuals with cognitive impairment a renewed sense of meaning and a chance to thrive. Our person-centered philosophy has made the difference, from our energetic, collaborative team of caregivers to the loving way we interact with our residents. Never rushed, our staff members will take the time to fully get to know your loved one and to devote undivided attention to serving them with respect and dignity.

Meet Our Executive Director, Trisha Thomas

Welcome to Chelsea Place!

Having been a registered nurse for over fifteen years and a former caregiver, serving seniors is an important part of my life. I am deeply committed to providing individuals challenged with dementia with a vibrant life experience that is dignified, safe and supportive.

Our memory care programming here at Chelsea Place is geared towards optimizing the health and wellbeing of our residents. We have an active volunteer program and partner with outstanding local agencies to further engage and connect our residents.

I invite you to come and visit Chelsea Place. Our hallways are almost always filled with the aroma of fresh baked goods. You may also hear music coming down the halls and laughter from visiting high school students.

My door is always open, so please feel free to drop by any time and experience all that makes Chelsea Place unique!

Take a virtual tour of our community!
