Reviews of Chelsea Place Memory Care, Aurora, CO

Reviews are very important to us and are the best way to let others know if our team has provided you with a great experience.

I can't say enough kind things about the loving care my mother received there. The staff kept her active and involved, made sure she ate, even if some days she needed some prompting. In a few months her condition improved. She was alert, active, talking, walking every day and seemed in good spirits despite her cognitive decline. Most days when I'd visit, there was some activity taking place, be it live music, kids from a nearby high school having lunch with them, craft activities, etc, etc. The staff at Chelsea are angles on earth. Their commitment to service to others and caring for those in need is truly a calling. Mom was blessed to have had such gentle and loving care from so many during her final year.

My husband has been at Chelsea Place for 2 months and I feel so blessed that we found this loving home for him. The staff shows so much love and kindness to the residences and it feels like home to me also when I visit each day. He has adjusted and is so calm, smiles and enjoys the activities. I never dreamed that I could have found a place where he is loved like he was at home. My family and friends are also amazed at the kindness and love that is shown to residences. Thanks Chelsea Place for taking care of the man we all love.

Chelsea Place has provided the opportunity for an entirely new relationship with my mom. I get to visit her and have extended, genuine interactions while not having to worry about managing her home, food, laundry and prior in-home care. Mom is living her best life now, considering the circumstances. She has delightful meals, professional care in a bright, clean facility, and social interaction that we were not able to provide at home. In a situation where it seems like we have no easy decisions left, choosing Chelsea Place was a home run.
