After almost two years without a visit from the Chicago Christian School students, residents of Grace Point Place Memory Care were thrilled to have a special reunion. Over the years many special relationships have been formed between the residents and students involving many fun activities. For the reunion, residents, students and staff decided to have a kite flying day. Residents made an assortment of bright colored kites and watched with delight as the students sent them soaring into the sky.
The event was covered by the local Oaklawn Patch. You can read the full story here: https://patch.com/illinois/oaklawn/students-memory-care-residents-spread-their-wings-kites
