Senior living in Tinley Park, IL

Fact Sheet – Visitation Guidelines

PROTECT, ENGAGE & LOVE

Recently the CDC lifted or eased several restrictions for many businesses, schools, restaurants, and other venues so that they may increase capacity or reopen in many cases, the Restore Illinois Phase 4 revitalization conveys a great message.

Like all senior living communities, our regulations must always wait for specific guidelines from a variety of agencies based on state positivity rates, current best practices, and outbreak status in communities.

We are very grateful to those who have so graciously complied with all of the best practices to continue to mitigate the spread of Covid-9, while we all feel depleted of patience with this virus, I know that our collective efforts have kept us safe, and our mission is to continue to provide a safe environment for you and your loved one.

Our visitation may again resume with in-suite visits, outings, and hugs!

But of course, there are rules that must continue to be followed to allow us to provide more freedoms.

While the following are in place, we must be aware that changes can occur, and you will be notified of those changes.

Visitation will be as follows;

Please do not visit if you are exhibiting any signs or symptoms or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, even if you are vaccinated.

We will not require the 24 hour prescreen for your visits however you will continue to use the Kiosk at the front desk anytime that you enter the community.

Two visitors may visit at a time.

During indoor visitation in rooms for vaccinated residents only, you must remain in the room and may not visit other areas of the community, if your loved one is unable to stay in the room with you, we suggest a lobby visit so that we may assist you.

Visits in rooms may last for 60 minutes, Lobby visits will be for 45 minutes to allow for sanitizing of the visiting area for the next visitors.

Vaccinated residents and visitors may have personal touch such as a hug, it is still recommended that you then distance, mask, and practice hand hygiene. In-room visits for vaccinated individuals, both resident and visitors being vaccinated may remove masks and don these again when in hallways entering or leaving the community.

Outings with your loved one while allowed continues to pose a risk so it is strongly recommended that they wear their mask, distance, and wash their hands.

Please contact our front desk as we must continue to limit the number of visitors in the community at one time, appointments must be made with our receptionist and visiting hours will be;

Monday through Friday;

  • 10:30am
  • 1:30pm
  • 2:30pm
  • 6:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday;

  • 11:00am
  • 1:30pm
  • 2:30 pm
  • 3:30pm

Outdoor visitation is still considered the safest practice for visits and will be available, unvaccinated residents and visitors will only be allowed outdoor or lobby visits for their protection.

We are continuing to monitor vital signs and the signs and symptoms of Covid-19 daily and testing is being done weekly for all residents and staff members to assure that there is no exposure to the virus.
