Our Pathways of Purpose program ensures that residents are not just living with dementia but living life to the fullest. Concord Place understands that our residents seek a sense of purpose and want opportunities to be themselves, spend time with others, have fun, make a difference, find balance, and grow. We do this through understanding who our residents were, are and who they want and will continue to be.

Welcome to Concord Place Memory Care in Knoxville!
I am excited to be a part of the Concord Place Memory Care Family. I am truly honored and blessed to have been a member of this community since spring of 2019. My passion for serving individuals with memory loss began many years ago, as a college volunteer at a local nursing home. This sparked my desire to work in the healthcare field and I graduated from college with a degree in Long Term Health Care Management and became licensed as a nursing home administrator. In the years since, I became a certified dementia practitioner and obtained my master’s in business administration with an emphasis in Operational Management.
I am honored to be a part of the skilled and compassionate team of professionals at Concord Place, providing residents with the highest quality of care. Our passion to serve is a part of everything we do. We consider it a privilege to help residents live their best lives and experience many more moments of joy.
We welcome you and your family to come and visit us. We are here to answer your questions and introduce you to the wonderful people who live and work within our doors. I look forward to meeting you personally and sharing our warm and caring community with you!
