At Vineyard Place Memory Care in Murrieta, California, residents and team members are always finding new, meaningful ways to stay connected to their community. Whether welcoming student visitors, supporting local businesses through outings, or taking part in projects that give back, building meaningful relationships is always a priority.
Vineyard Place, like all our Anthem Memory Care communities, is committed to our Pathways of Purpose programming. It gives residents opportunities to engage with the world around them in ways that reflect their interests, abilities, and experiences, fostering a lasting sense of purpose and belonging.
Here are just a few of the special moments that have made this year (so far!) memorable at Vineyard Place:
Vineyard Place is all about getting family and friends together for special celebrations. Their Grandparents Day event drew a great turnout, as generations (often three!) gathered to enjoy a day of reminiscing and lots of laughter. This photo says it all!
Every year, the residents get out and walk to support the Alzheimer’s Association's fight for a cure. They love making their own special contribution to the cause. This July, they participated in their local walk. As you can see in the photo, they had a lot of fun too!
Families joined in a special project, creating a wonderful array of photo collages that spotlight each resident and their special role in the family. It was so much fun to chat with family members about “mom” or “dad” in their earlier days and the impact they have had on their families.
Vineyard Place has its share of bowlers, many of whom participated in leagues. They love getting out to the local bowling alley and showing off their skills.
Vineyard Place, like all our communities, is committed to giving residents and their families opportunities to stay engaged with the world around them. Maintaining a meaningful daily lifestyle is so important to ensuring that each resident continues to make the most of each day and live it with purpose and joy.
